TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your appointment is important to us and we wish to provide you the best services possible. Your information will be kept private and confidential.
Booking an Appointment:
▪️A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
▪️You will receive a confirmation upon confirming your booking from a no-reply number.
▪️You will be sent a reminder text of your appointment date and time 72 hours (3 days) prior. With this text the address will be sent. This is a no-reply number. If changes need to be made please contact Alex directly via DM or text.
Cancellations:
▪️We understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Your deposit is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount, which is your deposit. Excludes bridal bookings.
▪️Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. Exclude bridal bookings.
▪️Group bookings of three or more people require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a charge of 50% of the service amount will be incurred forfeiting the deposit paid. Excludes bridal bookings.
▪️Bridal bookings require a notice period of 8 weeks, anything less of the 8 weeks notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount, or loss of deposit.
Invoicing:
Hair by Annie; Annie Nguyen and Alex Bronwyn MUA invoice separately. If you are booking your hair and makeup with us, you will be paying us individually. Please advise if you require a copy of your invoice.
Running Late or No-Shows:
▪️Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your deposit will be forfeited and owing charged to your account.
Unwell:
▪️Alex Bronwyn MUA has an underlying health condition called Cystic Fibrosis and cannot risk catching influenza or viruses, therefore If you are unwell and cannot attend your appointment, please advise Alex via DM or text 0449669802 to cancel, your deposit will be held as a credit for a maximum of 6 months only.
▪️Alex Bronwyn MUA values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Alex need to cancel on a client due to COVID restrictions or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will hold your deposit as a credit for your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give Alex a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.
Health & Safety:
▪️If you are unwell, please cancel or reschedule.
▪️If you have a contagious rash, cold sores or conjunctivitis please cancel or reschedule.
Please refer to further terms for Bridal bookings below:
Bridal and group services on location must provide the following for the MUA/s allocated for the appointment:
o Vital and adequate natural light in front of a window or door.
o Table/benchtop space 1m x 1m area.
o Bar stool for each MUA on the job, alternatively please advise if you do not
have and the MUA/s contracted will arrange bring their own.
Bridal Quotes:
o Bridal quotes can be informally advised by TMBP MUA via email or on any social media personal inbox.
o If the “client” is happy with the quote and wishing to proceed with “pencilling” the wedding date a formal invoice/statement is raised and sent to “client” along with the contracted agreement for signing.
o Trials are organised thereafter, upon receiving the signed agreement. The wedding date is then pencilled in Alex Bronwyn MUA’s diary.
o Hair by Annie and Alex Bronwyn MUA, Invoice separately.
EXTRAS - Bridal:
o For Bridal bookings, you are welcome to add any T&C's on Brides behalf, please discuss with MUA.
o TMBP “Makeup Artist” do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage whilst/from working at any premises.
o TMBP staff are not responsible for cross contamination or allergies, break outs after makeup application. All tools and makeup are fully sanitised and cleaned between clients and at the end of each working day to avoid germs, bacteria and skin cells living on products and tools.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You may receive a SMS, email or DM requesting a review of your experience with us 24 hours after your appointment. It would be greatly appreciated that you complete this for us when you are able, feel free to include your favourite photos as we'd love to see! Completing your review can be done here on the website under "Customer Ratings" or via Facebook at Alexbronwynmua's Facebook.
In paying your deposit and confirming your booking, it is at acknowledgment and acceptance of the above T&C's.

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing eBooks and Guides:
Non-Refundable Downloads and Copyright Terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and downloading eBooks and guides ("Products") from Alex Bronwyn MUA, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Non-Refundable Downloads
All purchases of Products are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, you will have immediate access to download the Product, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All Products and their content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Alex Bronwyn MUA and are protected by copyright laws.
b. Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
c. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, create derivative works from, or sell any part of the Products without prior written consent from Alex Bronwyn MUA
4. Permitted Use
a. You may download, store, and print the Products for your personal use only.
b. You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make the Products available to any third party, whether for free or for a fee.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
a. Alex Bronwyn MUA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content included in the Products.
b. The Products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You acknowledge that your use of the Products is at your sole risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alex Bronwyn MUA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Products.
7. Modifications to Terms
Alex Bronwyn MUA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
SOCIAL MEDIA/COLLABORATIONS/PR:
o Any PR/Collaborations with TMBP “Makeup Artist” is to be agreed upon in writing via email, stated in agreement and signed for.
o TMBP “Makeup Artist” is not liable for any loss or damage to the company/business it is collaborating/PR/working with.
o If the company/business choses to use any photos/work belonging to TMBP “Makeup Artist” all products to be mentioned and tagged at all times.
o Raw footage is TMBP "Makeup Artist" intellectual property.
o The item chosen on the agreement is final. Any additional work can be agreed upon in writing via email, stated in agreement and signed for.
o SOCIAL MEDIA BULLYING IS NOT TOLERATED. Any bullying/rude comments will be deleted and the account holder who is bullying will be blocked immediately from TMBP “Makeup Artist” Social Media accounts.
o All monies invoiced and or received TMBP “Makeup Artist” is final and non refundable.
o Time restrictions and guidelines can be discussed via email with TMBP “Makeup Artist”. Allow 3-6 weeks for TMBP “Makeup Artist” to complete agreed work.
o If TMBP “Makeup Artist” is unable to fullfill the company/business/PR request due to sickness, TMBP “Makeup Artist” will endeavour to make contact to discuss further. At worst scenario if the "Makeup Artist" is unable to complete the project agreed upon a full refund will be made and products will be sent back to owner. TMBP “ Makeup Artist” will not be liable for any loss or damages to the company/business/PR working with.
